2.11.12: Fiona's big girl bed

Tonight we took off the front of Fiona's bed (yes, only Fiona's - we are approaching this process one toddler at a time) and moved her mattress from the floor to her 'big girl bed'.  She has done great staying on her mattress the past couple of days even with the coaxing of her sisters to give them new books, toys, etc.  We were able to push Fiona's bed perpendicular to Daphne's crib which created a rail for about half of her bed. This gives her the ability to get in and out of her bed but hopefully prevents too many falls during the night.

The girls love playing on Fiona's bed and she seems to tolerate the additional guests during awake times.  We have told the girls that Fiona got a big girl bed because she is completely potty trained (even though it was really her crib tent demolition).  Regardless, we are hoping it will motivate everyone to stay dry all day and night.......or perhaps destroy their crib tents if they ever figure out our real motivation for the change.
